Ever since it was released， I've heard great things about Dandadan。 It took me a while to decide whether I should really try it or not because there are so many things to read， but I jumped for it and it delivered。I have no idea why some things work and others do not work for me - but here， I've enjoyed almost everything。 Lovely characters with strong personalities， bizarre plot with twists， perfect pacing， good humour and mainly amazing presentation with art that is really awesome to see。I love Ever since it was released， I've heard great things about Dandadan。 It took me a while to decide whether I should really try it or not because there are so many things to read， but I jumped for it and it delivered。I have no idea why some things work and others do not work for me - but here， I've enjoyed almost everything。 Lovely characters with strong personalities， bizarre plot with twists， perfect pacing， good humour and mainly amazing presentation with art that is really awesome to see。I loved the two main characters and their dynamics。 It is very unusual for me to like characters in the first volume， but their chemistry just radiates and makes me want to hang out with them。It is always fun to see things， which stand out from the plethora of shonen books， but Dandadan being closer to Chainsawman （as everyone will remind you that the author was assistant to Fujimoto） than to Naruto is a great thing， which opens new opportunities。 I am very interested in what the story shows us next！ 。。。more

⭐️3，5⭐️ Extraño y gracioso。 El mundo en el que se ambienta la unión de dos temas muy comunes; extraterrestres y espíritus， es muy curioso y a la vez intrigante de cómo se van a unir esos temas。 👻👽La forma de hablar de los personajes， donde se utilizan expresiones muy locas， me resultan muy graciosas， sin duda continuaré con los demás tomos para ver cómo sigue la historia。 😝

The art of Dandadan is fantastic。 The first volume opens with tough girl， Ayase， protecting nerd， Takakura。 He challenges her beliefs in spirits， as she challenges his belief in aliens。 The vibe is akin to Mob Psycho including a bowl-cut haircut sporting main character along with a mixture of antics， humor， and ghosts。 However， this is Mob Psycho's raunchy cousin。 There is a scene that looks to be a dire one for our heroine; however， worlds clashed and she is saved （and the scene is humorous as The art of Dandadan is fantastic。 The first volume opens with tough girl， Ayase， protecting nerd， Takakura。 He challenges her beliefs in spirits， as she challenges his belief in aliens。 The vibe is akin to Mob Psycho including a bowl-cut haircut sporting main character along with a mixture of antics， humor， and ghosts。 However， this is Mob Psycho's raunchy cousin。 There is a scene that looks to be a dire one for our heroine; however， worlds clashed and she is saved （and the scene is humorous as well with an elderly ghost begging to "gobble one's schlong" and aliens bent on taking one's "banana organ。"） There are vulnerable moments as well， revealing Ayase's childhood trauma。 Perhaps amid the chaos of controlling a curse （and the ghosts and aliens，） romance could be in the air too。 。。。more

4，5☆Dan da dan fue una recomendación de unos amigos y para ser sincera， no era para nada lo que esperaba。Primero fue un shock en la cara， ame a Momo desde el momento que la introducieron y la abuela （La abuela de Momo es la mejor） adoré a Okarun y sinceramente creo que fue porque me identifico bastante con él。 Entre a esto sin idea de que trataba y la verdad lo disfruté bastante， muy recomendado。

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it， click here。 Momo Ayase has a celebrity crush， the stoic and masculine actor Ken Katakura。 She can’t help herself but date guys who look like him。 After the last relationship goes down the drain， she bitches to her makeup enthusiast friends， but can’t find comfort for her heartache。 This leads her to roaming the school after class。 She sees a boy being bullied by his classmates。 Being the nice， fierce person that she is， she sits down next to him， which makes the bullies stop immediately。 She thinks that’s t Momo Ayase has a celebrity crush， the stoic and masculine actor Ken Katakura。 She can’t help herself but date guys who look like him。 After the last relationship goes down the drain， she bitches to her makeup enthusiast friends， but can’t find comfort for her heartache。 This leads her to roaming the school after class。 She sees a boy being bullied by his classmates。 Being the nice， fierce person that she is， she sits down next to him， which makes the bullies stop immediately。 She thinks that’s that， but the boy follows her。 He claims he knows what she really wants。 She thinks he figured out her type， but in reality， the kid thinks she is really into the occult and alien conspiracy theories that he is。 They get into an argument after she confesses that while she does not believe in aliens， she believes in ghosts。 He starts to laugh and ridicule her about believing ghosts。 So， they make a bet。 Both of them will be visit a site that is claimed to be visited by ghosts in one case and aliens in another。 And both of them do go。But it turns out both of them were right。 Both aliens and ghosts exist， and they are both very scary and very evil。 In the whole chaos， the aliens abduct her， which awakens her telekinetic powers and the boy， now nickname Okarun is possessed by the spirit of Turbo Granny， a speed demon。Both of the characters are lonely kids。 While Ayase has friends， who really wear way too much make up， she is still an outsider。 This is rooted to her childhood。 After her parents died， she lived with and was raised by her grandmother。 Her grandma is a medium and also a temple priestess。 Ayase doesn’t per say believe in ghosts when we first met her。 She only says that because she is grateful to her grandmother for everything， she has done for her。 The grandmother did make her cast a daily spell on herself。 This has caused a strain in their relationship。 Kids started to make fun of Ayase because of the spell casting。 That itself wasn’t a problem until a boy she liked started doing it as well。 This caused a strain between her and her grandmother， with Ayase saying a lot of hurtful things。 Okarun on the other hand never really managed to fit in。 He never had friends。 He tried making them， but would always fail。 He became so desperate and so sick of not fitting in that he thought the only hope for him to make friends is if aliens kidnapped him or something。 That’s the level of desperation we are dealing with。 Its really sad。 When you are feeling so left out， like such an outsider in your surrounding that you think your only hope to make friends are aliens。 That’s why he jumped at the opportunity to talk to Ayase。 The opportunities to make friends are extremely rare for him， and he knew he had to make the best of the situation that presented itself。 What really separates this manga from other horror ones that I read are the jump scare panels。 The artist does an amazing job at creating these large， scary panels with grotesque creatures of gargantuan size， but also twisting and turning the perspectives， giving it an even more unsettling feeling。 The fight scenes have such a kinetic energy to them。 They are easy to follow and you get a great impression of the movement of the characters， or just how brutal the force of the monsters is。 Its hard to draw super speed and blurry movements， but the artist really knocks it out of the park in the scenes when Okarun is possessed and possesses that superpower。 Later in the manga， we are introduced to Ayase’s grandmother， and it’s quite the reveal about a very fun and interesting character。 While Ayase and Okarun bitch and bicker all the time， its pretty obvious where this is headed， especially after he shows some stoic demeanor and reveals what his real name is。 。。。more

หลังจากผมอ่านเจอจากที่ไหนสักแห่งว่าคนเขียนเรื่องนี้เป็นลูกมือของอาจารย์คนเขียน Chainsaw Man เลยลองอ่านฟรี 3 ตอนแรกในแอพ Manga Plus ซึ่งรู้สึกประทับใจในความสนุกแบบแปลกๆของเรื่องนี้ เรียกได้ว่ากาวจนต้องถอดสมองอ่าน 555555 สุดท้ายก็ต้องออกไปหาซื้อแบบเล่มมาอ่าน ซึ่งแน่นอนว่าหยุดอ่านไม่ได้ สนุก แถมภาพและลายเส้นสวยมาก โดยเฉพาะโมโมะ นางเอกของเรื่อง ถ้าเรื่องนี้มีโอกาสได้เป็นอนิเมะ เธอคงเป็นขวัญใจผู้ชมแน่นอน ถือว่าเล่มนี้เป็นการเปิดเรื่องได้ดี หวังว่าจะสนุกแบบนี้ไปเรื่อยๆนะ

Me gustó muchísimo！La trama sobrenatural， los personajes que hubo en este primer tomo， humanos， extraterrestres y fantasmas， y la relación que se da entre los humanos， es muy entretenida， hace una mezcla más que llamativa y que atrapa muchísimo。El dibujo me ha encantado， los espectros buenísimos！ Y los extraterrestres un chiste jajajaj。 Definitivamente seguiré leyendo esta historia， es relajada y hace pasar un muy buen momento leyendolo。

One of my absolute favourite series publishing right now。 Dandadan is VERY unique in what it’s doing and the plot it funny and serious at the same time。 This series really pushes the boundaries of how it can tell it’s story （but it doesn’t push them too far thank God）
